“I am thrilled to be launching this limited edition makeup collection with Estée Lauder,” said Victoria Beckham. “The whole process has been both inspiring and eye opening - from going back and revisiting the Estée Lauder archives through to working on the product with the Estée team, this feels like the perfect makeup partnership for me and my brand. I had long admired Estée Lauder the woman, and the powerful brand that she created, so I am excited to offer both of our customers this makeup range and play a small part in her vision for women.”

When news broke this morning that Victoria Beckham will collaborate with Estée Lauder on a new beauty collection, out this September, her loyal fans immediately began speculating. After all, there are two things you can count on in a VB-designed makeup line: There will be perfectly crafted smoky eyes and seamlessly calibrated nude lips.

Having long since perfected her iconic brand of cool, pulled-together polish, Beckham’s head-to-toe signatures skew minimal yet aspirational—although, sartorially speaking, there’s no denying her love for the occasional pop of graphic, high-impact color, in the form of a carmine red sheath or a flattering blush shift. And while the exact nuances of her limited-edition beauty line remain to be seen, it’s almost a given that the well-edited, immaculately conceived lineup of products will arrive in major packaging that’s made to match Beckham’s always luxe sensibilities. Because what could be better than a limited-edition line of flawless, real-world wearable makeup pigments that never go out of style?
